Join Us For A Day Of HOPE!
Come out and Join us for A Race For Hope. Hope is something that each of us has but at times do not have access or information that allows us to access that Hope.
On April 28, 2012 We will hold our 1st annual Race For Hope for health and Wellness. Sometimes the difference between life and death is knowledge. The Race for hope is a Prevention, Intervention and Treatment 5kWalk and Health Fair. Our mission is a healthy quality of life through empowering youth, families and the community about healthy lifestyles. Life changing activities through education, healthy eating, exercise and positive thinking.
This event will focus on Prevention-Intervention-Treatment of:
- Cancer
- Diabetes
- Addictions
Cancer, Diabetes, alcohol and drugs are needless stealers of life and together we can stop these three diseases from affecting the lives of our children, family members, the community and ourselves.
The nation and most impotantly our community are at a loss for Hope. We’re losing our youth to the powerful influence of alcohol and drugs. Depression, suicide and substance abuse are taking over the lives. But we have the power to turn things around and make a change. Together we can save our youth, families and most importantly ourselves. If we do not help ourselves, there is no chance of Hope that we can help others.
We invite you to join us for a day of Hope :
